01 What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ) for distributors?
Our MOQ is flexible and depends on the product line. Valves and fittings typically start at 10 boxes per SKU; drip tape and pipes are calculated by roll or ton. New distributors can start with a mixed container to test the market.
02 Do you offer exclusive territory rights?
Yes. Qualified distributors who meet agreed annual purchase volume can secure exclusive rights within a defined country or region. Terms are outlined in the distributor agreement signed at Step 4 of the onboarding process.
03 What payment methods and credit terms do you accept?
We accept T/T, L/C, Western Union, and PayPal. Standard terms are 30% deposit + 70% before shipment. Long-term distributors with a proven track record can apply for OA / net-terms after building trust over several orders.
04 Are product samples free?
Yes — samples are free for qualified distributor applicants. You only cover the international freight cost. Sample fees are fully refundable against your first bulk order.
05 Do you support OEM and private label customization?
Absolutely. We offer laser engraving for smaller runs and custom molds with brand logos for larger quantities. Custom color boxes, packaging design, pallet services, and adjusted material formulas are all available.
06 How are delivery and logistics arranged?
Standard lead time is within 30 working days, faster for in-stock items. We support FOB, CIF, DDP, and door-to-door shipping via express, air, and sea through our trusted freight partners. Certificates of origin are provided for smooth customs clearance.
