1. Acceptance of Terms

2. Product Application & Specifications

Trex Irrigation specializes in sprinklers, drip irrigation systems, valves, and related agricultural watering solutions. Please note the following regarding our products:

Technical Parameters Flow rates, spray radii, and working pressures provided in our catalogs are tested under standard laboratory conditions. Actual field performance may vary based on water pressure and wind conditions.

System Design Unless a formal design service is contracted, the buyer is solely responsible for ensuring the selected components are suitable for their specific agricultural or landscaping project.

Important: Our irrigation products must be operated within their rated water pressure limits. Failure to install appropriate pressure regulators may result in product damage.

3. Orders and Payment

Quotations: Due to fluctuations in raw materials (plastics, brass, etc.), our quotes are valid for a limited time as specified on the proforma invoice.
Order Confirmation: An order is considered official only after the required deposit or payment (T/T, L/C, etc.) has been received.
Customization: Custom molds or uniquely branded products require explicit approval and may be subject to Minimum Order Quantities (MOQ).

4. Shipping and Logistics

We supply irrigation solutions globally. While we strive to meet all estimated shipping schedules, Trex Irrigation is not liable for delays caused by sea freight carriers, customs inspections, port congestion, or force majeure events. Risk of loss passes to the buyer in accordance with the agreed Incoterms (e.g., FOB, CIF).

5. Warranty and Liability Limit

Trex Irrigation warrants its products to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a standard period (usually 12 months from shipment, unless otherwise stated). This warranty does not cover:

Clogging or damage caused by unfiltered water, sand, or chemical impurities.
Damage resulting from freezing, water hammer effects, or exceeding maximum pressure ratings.
Failures due to improper installation or modifications not authorized by our technical team.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the Trex Irrigation website, including product photographs, system diagrams, texts, and logos, is the exclusive property of Trex Irrigation. Unauthorized copying, distribution, or use for commercial purposes is strictly prohibited.
